Positive: Outdoor onsen accessed by cable car. Staff is professional and personal. You can feel the passion in everything they do. We felt well cared and pampered. The night time bus tour to the rope bridge was so special.

Positive: The dinner was the best meal we had during our trip. The hotel was very accommodating and prepared us a vegetarian meal. The rotenburo (outdoor bath) was phenomenal, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Our room was simple, but very comfortable.
