Positive: We absolutely loved staying here. The house is situated in an olive groove and is equipped with everything one needs for a relaxing stay. It even has a semi domesticated cute black goose, that kept company to our kids - she loves being fed and is very curious. A taverna is 100 m away, open all day, and there are 3 beaches 200 m away, so you can easily get there in the morning and have them for yourself before the crouds appear. And the terrace, oh, that terrace! Once you get out there, you simply don't want to move. The view is breathtaking, the quietnes soothing.

Negative: The double bed may be a bit too soft and a bit short, if one is tall. Not necessary at all, but having a dishwasher would be a cherry on the cake.

Positive: A fantastic, excellently equipped house, with wonderful views. The hospitality of the owner, as well as his family is incredibly great and we felt more than welcome and comfortable. We could absolutely enjoy our vacation. A failure of the WiFi was immediately fixed 5 minutes after informing the owner and everything was working properly again. If we travel to Zakynthos again, then again in this accommodation.

Positive: We had a very nice time in the house. It was just perfect, a very nice terrace with a stunning sea view and enough shade from a canopy. The house was very clean and all windows are equipped with solid moscito nets. It was very quiet and surrounded by olive trees. The house has everything you need and is fully equipped including washing up detergant and sponges, some water and even coffee for the first days. Our host was very nice, always approachable and gave us lots of local tips. Bed linen and towels were changed every few days. Yannis was very welcoming and always brought us something fresh from the family garden. A few meters walk away there is a tavern and on the beach below the house there is a beach bar with very good snacks, salads, smoothies, etc. There are also a few sun beds and umbrellas that can be rented for little money. A few minutes drive away there are many restaurants and bars as well as small beaches. We really liked the north of the island, it was a bit more relaxed than the south. We can highly recommend the house and Yannis as host.
