Summary: Lagaria lived up to its description. We have never stayed in a more luxurious villa. The owners had furnished it as their own home, with impeccable taste. Nothing was lacking and every eventuality was catered for. We were greeted and made very welcome by the guest manager and given a tour of the villa and it’s facilities. Lagaria is in a very quiet spot , but within driveable distance of beaches, local port and tavernas. We would certainly like to return again and would recommend the villa to friends and family

Summary: We booked Lagaria over October half-term holiday, as a last last-ditch attempt to get some sun before winter closed in. The property is set in the quiet hills, about 45 minutes (of twisty driving) from the airport. It is set in substantial grounds with amazing views down to the sea, and the villa itself is finished to a remarkable standard. In addition, there is a tremendous amount of indoor space - we were two families of four and five, and although we were stuck inside on two days because of heavy rain, we were never under each others feet. We used the services of the local chef (the excellent building manager Denia's mother) for several nights, which took a lot of the hassle out of it, and also used the pizza oven one night to (reasonably) good results! There is everything here for families of all ages - pool, Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor games, gardens, an abundance of seating areas inside and out, and easy access to the pleasures of the island. We really cannot recommend it highly enough.

Summary: Truly the most gorgeous place we have ever stayed. The villa is stunning – beautifully designed and with everything you could wish for (and more!) – in a perfect setting. Both the owner and the villa manager were incredibly helpful when booking and while we were there – nothing was too much trouble. It was fantastic to be able to order shopping in advance and to have George the baker deliver fresh bread and croissants to the door every morning! Everything about it was perfect from start to finish. Counting the days till we go back later this year!

Summary: My family and I enjoyed an incredible week at Lagaria. It was very easy to book and the owners couldn't be more helpful. It really lives up to its five star rating. The decor was understated but really elegant. The bedrooms were gorgeous and we fell in love with the games room and outside pizza oven! The children loved playing in the pool and when we fancied a bit more in the way of activities and water sports we headed to local beach club Peligoni. We had a wonderful stay and have already told all our friends and rebooked for next year. Highly recommended.
