Positive: Nice countryside home, we've got the full house with the garden to ourselves which is charming with its views. There is English toilet which is rare to find in this part of the country, so we really appreciated that.

Negative: The house is actually not in Lankaran but 20 minutes drive from the town. Neither map navigation worked based on booking.com address details and having so it was difficult to find the location, in the end whatsapp call with the owner did help us out. Also payment options were a bit tricky, so I recommend to align on the location and payment details with the owner in advance. Also, probably due to offseason, the furniture/carpet had a weird smell.

What truly stood out, however, was the owner's warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From providing helpful local tips to ensuring all my needs were met, their kindness and consideration were truly appreciated. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay in Lankaran. It's not just a place to rest your head, but an experience that will leave you with wonderful memories. I look forward to returning in the future! Positive: We enjoyed our stay very much. Large garden, small but clean house with all the necessary facilities, and a great location. It is just a 5-10min drive away from the lake and restaurants with a great view. If you drive towards Bileser village for an hour, you will find forests, a river, and waterfalls. The host was a friendly person. He called us every day, asked if we needed anything and shared some tips and hints. Overall, our stay was excellent.

Positive: Quiet and peacefull place close to Xanbulan Lake and beautiful warerfall. Extremely helpful and nice family.

Negative: I would reccomend separating private stuff for time of renting the apartment, so guests would be more clear of can be used by them :)
