Positive: A nice hotel on the banks of the Basharu River. Everything in the room works, it's clean and tidy. The staff are positive and caring. I want to come back and enjoy the beautiful nature of Lenkaran a little longer.

Negative: The parking lot is very small for a hotel of this size. The parking attendant was a little unfriendly, and the management car, which takes up two parking spaces, was a little disappointing. Wi-fi is a bit slow during the daytime.

Positive: The staff were very kind and attentive. As soon as we entered the room, they welcomed us with a fruit plate, and whenever we needed something, they were quick to assist. The room was clean, and if you stay on the upper floor, you can enjoy a romantic drink on the balcony at night—it was truly lovely. On the second floor, you can choose between pool or mountain views. We stayed two nights in an upper-floor pool-view room and one night on the lower floor. There’s also a swing on the lower floor, which was really fun. The pool was open daily from 9 AM to 6 PM, and every morning it was perfectly clean. The depth was about 1.60 m, and since it was quite large, we had a great time swimming. Breakfast was very rich, and whenever something ran out, it was quickly replenished. On top of that, the restaurant had a beautiful view.

Negative: The city is a bit humid. Since we went at the end of summer, the weather was pleasant, but if you visit in early or mid-summer, it can get very hot. We asked the hotel for an iron, but they didn’t have one available—only a paid ironing service. Because of this, we ended up buying an iron from the city. I hadn’t ironed any of my clothes beforehand because I assumed the hotel would provide one. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit problematic. When we reported it, they gave us a separate device, but unfortunately, it didn’t work properly either, so the Wi-Fi definitely needs improvement. The kettles were somewhat limescaled; I think they should either be cleaned thoroughly or replaced with new ones. For the bathroom and shower, I would rate it 3 out of 5, as the showerhead was also limescaled and didn’t feel very clean. Another issue was that there’s a loudspeaker for music in one part of the building, and the room above it gets a lot of noise. The other rooms are quiet, so it’s best to avoid choosing a room near that area. As for the evening entertainment, there was music and a calm atmosphere, which was nice, but with a more lively DJ the nights could have been much more fun—we found ourselves a little bored at times.

Positive: Staff, food and location was perfect, except the room.

Negative: I was offered a litte room and 2 single beds for 3 persons, instead what I booked in booking.com website. I booked 50 m2 and 2 full beds, but was offered 2 single beds and a little sofa.
