It is nestled on the west side of the bay directly across from beautiful Fair Haven Beach State Park and less than a mile from the West Barrier Park. You can expect to enjoy yourself relaxing and viewing the bay from one of the three decks or large permanent dock. This home features 5 bedrooms with brand new luxury mattresses. There are three full bathrooms with continuous hot water. Large kitchen with plenty of counter space. Great room with living area and dining with seating for fourteen for entertaining. Additional living and entertainment area on lower level including home theater , pool table, and additional refrigerator and sink. Seperate laundry with washer and dryer. Beautiful hot tub and fire pit off lower level.

Summary: This house worked out great! We rented the property for our son's wedding at Colloca. It was just a short few minutes drive to the venue. We had friends and family staying with us, The 3 levels of the home worked out perfect. There is a bathroom on each level. We had a minor hiccup but the property owner was right on it and it was taken care of. The view was amazing. The hosts were very accommodating. We would absolutely recommend this property. Enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Relax and unwind at Xanadu! Our group consisted of 11 adults (2 families), The home has wonderful views of the lake, and plenty of seating from several different spots. Upper balcony, main floor deck, outside fire pit, and several spots down by the water. The home has a large yard which makes it a great place for kids to run around. Good for adults who just want to hang out with friends. You can walk into the lake from the shoreline (don’t forget your water shoes!) or jump right in from the dock. King beds where a little on the firm side, but the queen size were comfortable.

Summary: We had a large group of 18 and there was plenty of room. The kitchen has 2 of most things and that was very helpful. The yard and dock were great for the kids. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely return!

Summary: Our 2nd year Celebrating Thanksgiving Weekend at Xanadu…..when we talked about location over the summer everyone said “let’s go back to the house we used last year” We had 10 this year and plenty of space to spread out or plenty of space to gather for food and games. Great location, love visiting Colloca Winery. Def recommend this rental for any event even if your group is bigger. Clean, comfy and inviting!!
