Summary: First time using Vrbo. Was a skeptic, but everything was amazing. House was comfortable and clean. Communicating with owner was super easy. Response time was prompt. Kid's had a great time. Once again an amazing weekend. Will definitely do again.

Summary: My family and I had the best time. The cottage was clean, had everything we needed and the hosts were very accommodating. We were able to use the dock for our boat and enjoyed renting kayaks. The location was perfect for family members coming from Syracuse, Pittsford and Webster. We will be back.

Summary: We throughly enjoyed our visit, the house was everything we hoped it would be and Toni & Joe were great hosts that made sure we had what we needed. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed, best of all, no doubt, was the view of Little Sodus Bay. There are many things to see and do in the area, we enjoyed the Sterling Renaissance Festival, Colloca Winery (which we boated to), Chimney Bluffs State Park and Sterling Nature Center both offered amazing hiking trails along the shore and bluffs of Lake Ontario. Best of all was the boating in Little Sodus Bay and Lake Ontario, just stunning! Best sunsets you’ll ever see. Such a great place, thanks again Toni and Joe!
