Positive: Xalli Beach Hotel was incredible! The power was out on the island and they made sure we were looked after. They next morning we woke up to a message asking what we would like for breakfast, which was then bought to the room. The staff were super friendly and talked to us throughout our stay. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean - could not recommend this hotel enough!

Positive: The staff were incredible & willing to go above & beyond to assist us. Carlos in particular was super friendly, helpful & was very transparent in his communication. The staff helped with our transfers to/from the ferry port as well as organising motorcycle hire. The rooms were very comfortable with air-conditioning, ample space as well as a clean & cosy bed.

Negative: Although this is not a reflection on the hotel or staff - the bugs that hang around the hotel can be a little bit irritating.

Positive: Right in front of the beach, great views. The hotel is located in a quiet area away from town. Communication with the hotel was great, they booked my taxis to/from the ferry. Luis was very helpful and helped me book a kayaking and horseback riding tour. Room was comfortable They had good choices for breakfast. Thanks!

Negative: Since it's away from town a scooter or car is necessary. I rented an ATV for one day and then booked tours that included transportation so I made it work.
