Summary: It was a very nice stay. Location is perfect; at the hub of Interstate 35E, 35W and 35. Lots of eating and shopping. Nice room on the top floor. The "Continental Breakfast" was so-so. Coffee in the room was MUCH better! Using the bathroom at the pool requires your key to get back in. Had to go to the Main Desk to get back in! No rinse off shower at the pool. Not a big deal. The fresh, warm cookies one evening were a nice surprise! 10% off at Steak & Ale is a plus. Salad bar is terrific, but the filet mignon is questionable.

Summary: This stay was not very good. The hotel was very busy for a softball and baseball tournament. The pool was so crowded that you really couldn't swim. Also, the air conditioner on the first floor was not working. The air conditioner in our room did not seem to be able to keep up. Also in the middle of the night the fire alarm went off and we all had to go out of the hotel. Once it was cleared and we could come back it still continued to go off a few more times. Our 5-year-old had been sleeping and this woke her up. Then it was hard for to go back to sleep. In the morning the elevator would not work. So we carried all of our luggage down several flights of stairs. We would not stay here again.

Summary: The hot tub was broken. The pool is pretty small. The TV didn’t work in our room at all. The staff was nice. I wouldn't stay here again.

Summary: The lobby and restaurant a/c was not working the 8 days I was there. The heat in my 1st room didn’t work. I was sent to another room that had inadequate an/c and weak heating . I gave up when I went to the desk and commented again and was told “we’re all suffering”. The room was good as was the restaurant.

Summary: The staff and check in was good. That’s the only reason I gave 2 stars. The bathroom had issues with the shower not working well and the sink not draining. The bed was so uncomfortable. I was hopeful it was going to be a better experience. Would not probably stay here again.
