Positive: Breakfast, rooms, parking, staff is nice. Decent breakfast spread with fruit, juice, milk, coffee, eggs, potatoes, muffins, bagels, bread, pancake, yogurt options. Rooms were clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. 4 pillows per queen. Wish they didn't have bibles in them! Plenty of parking. Front desk staff is nice, but they need to hire more cleaners.

Negative: I booked a deluxe king but didn't get to stay in a deluxe king. I wrote and called well ahead of time and asked if I could check in 30 mins early since I had a meeting at 3, and said I would be willing to pay a bit for it. They said yes, they could probably do that, but that I should check in again the day of. I said sure. I called the day of and they said to come early and they would do their best. Sure. Meanwhile I move my meeting to 3:15 because I'm skeptical. I arrive day of. I got told 2:30, then 2:45, then "close to 3" and when I came back at 3, my upgraded room that I paid more for, isn't ready, and won't be for another hour. The cleaners are running behind because they're short staffed. They downgrade me back into a double queen. So not only did I not get the accommodations I asked for well in advance, to check in slightly early (this one is reasonable - I know it was a long shot!), I also didn't get the room that I paid more for, since it wasn't ready at 3 PM, which is when check-in is supposed to begin. If they are so short-staffed that they aren't able to accommodate their already pre-booked Booking.com customers' reservations, then they need to hire more staff. Also, it's a shame that they couldn't get it together well enough to clean my deluxe king room first and then charge me $20 for a 2:00 check-in which I asked about. I would have paid that, and told them that. Also, I killed like 4 mosquitos in my room and had to close all my drains overnight so I wouldn't get bitten.

Summary: Disappointed that the room I paid for was not ready at check-in!

Positive: Very friendly and attentive staff Very good breakfast for a low-budget hotel Room was clean

Negative: Cleanliness in public areas (especially hallways) could be better, this does not apply to the breakfast area, this area was well maintained! Beds were a bit too soft for my taste Bathroom, though clean, appeared quite worn and dated.

Summary: Good hotel, especially for the price. Very good value for money! Very friendly staff!

Positive: The hotel was very clean inside and well kept outside. Anita, the sweet breakfast attendant went above and beyond to help us with our selections. The staff was kind and helpful. The price was well within our budget. We definitely enjoyed our stay! We will be back!!
