Positive: New, clean, pool.

Negative: The extreme noise - people yelling outside our room at 3am, tv in the next room never stopped, etc. Also, the pool was supposed not to open until 9am but at 8am when we went down for breakfast it was full of people (and not being quiet either). When we went to the pool at 9am almost every pool lounger was occupied, many by people smoking cannabis and drinking beer out of glass bottles contrary to the pool rule of no glass. One of those men (wearing a Coyote Valley teeshirt!) at one point was taking photos of the (unrelated) children playing in the pool, and I don’t think their parents saw that. It was creepy. One guy drank 4 beers in the short time we were in the pool. It was like a raucous pool party at 9am on a Sunday morning. Don’t feel like returning after that.

Positive: Everything! This is a gem. Cool location, large room, quiet, clean and comfortable beds, very nice amenities and the pool/ spa area was awesome. This is definitely a mini get-away place to go.

Negative: Breakfast could have a few more offerings but otherwise it was nice and accommodating.

Negative: But that I didn't like but as much as I was hoping for more options on the coffee bar in the hotel dinner. Like a few more latte choices. Maple, fun stuff like that
