Summary: Beautiful condo. Perfect for our family of 5. It was our first trip to Cabo and the condo was just outside of Cabo San Lucas. Maybe 10 minutes from town. Close to beaches! Our favorite was Chileno Bay. Gated community and always waved and smiled to the staff. Pool was beautiful just outside the slider, patio was tiered, lovely for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We didn’t grill out but there was a charcoal grill. The home was absolutely perfect! We will stay again.

Summary: This place made us want to live in Cabo. It was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The complex was very secured and within close proximity to beaches and stores. Everything ran and worked beyond what we expected. If you are a family looking for a place to relax away for the crowded resorts, this will not disappoint!!!

Summary: This place was perfect for our family. It was very clean and everything was up to date and functional. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the bedrooms and living areas were comfortable. The pool area was so nice and quiet and had several places to sit outside in the sun or shade. We took a nap out there every afternoon!

Summary: Very well equipped kitchen, pool close and clean. We had room to safely store the motor bikes. Grocery store was walking distance and had everything we needed. A very relaxing holiday. Very handy to have the new beach chairs and beach towels.

Summary: The whole experience exceeded expectations! We stayed an entire month here. In a community with courteous guards, this villa is within ten minutes of downtown and the marina. We used UBER, which was always extremely fast and quite cheap. We walked to the beautiful Fresko store and when we had cases of water, etc., just took an UBER back. The outdoor dining and cooking areas are perfect. The pool is just out the front door. It was basically a private pool for us, as only once in a month was anyone else there. (There are two other pools in the complex). There is a gym we joined practically next door and hair and nail salon is within walking distance. The property managers, Fatima and Jose were awesome, answering any question immediately via WhatsAPP and helping us maneuver or scheduling chefs, cleaning teams, etc. Also, neighbors were very nice! And there are several golf courses nearby. Great experience!

Summary: I was looking for a short term 2 + bedroom house and found this listing. From the time I reached out to Fatima until the time we checked out, communication and the booking process was fast and easy. The house was exactly as listed, and looks just like the photos. Everything was clean and user friendly. The only issue we had was getting the AC to work in the kitchen area. Luckily it wasnt super hot outside so it wasnt a big deal. I would definitely recommend this home in El Tezal for anyone looking for a "non resort" rental. It was clean, reasonably priced and the host is always available for any questions or concerns you may have.

Summary: This is a wonderful property with lots of space on the main corridor in Cabo. 3 great bedrooms & a large lounge.. Good kitchen... Close to shops & a good cafe. Only downsides were lack of a full oven & no lights in the pool at night; otherwise perfect :-) Fatima was extremely helpful in arranging a great boat trip for the 5 of us.

Summary: The Good: It's a lovely modern property. The appliances are all fairly new and in good working order. The kitchen is well stocked and had nearly everything we needed. Nearly all of it is on one level, which is nice for my girlfriend and me since we've both gotten on in years and don't have to constantly go up and down stairs. The location is far enough away from Cabo itself that you don't have the noise yet close enough that you can Uber/taxi there in just a few minutes. It's in a gated community so you feel secure. A little market is a 2 minute walk in one direction (although pricey) and a huge store is about a 10 minute walk in the other (much cheaper). Had a couple very minor problems early on, but those were answered fairly quickly by the staff. There is a semi-public pool out back, but it might as well have been private as we were the only ones using it. The Bad: Nothing, really. What Might Have Been Better: There are some very minor points - none of which are serious enough to warrant knocking off a star in any category. Internet worked well most of the time but there were times we'd be watching TV and there would be pauses. (It's Cabo so arguably we should never have turned the TV on.) This next one won't apply to most people, but my girlfriend has a lot of trouble falling asleep and needs a TV going but there was no TV in the bedroom. (That actually is probably a plus for some people!) I just streamed a TV show from back home at night to solve that problem. A wet-jet Swiffer would have been nice to clean up spills. There's a bucket and mop available for that, but a Swiffer would have been more convenient. There was really only one problem - but it had nothing to do with the house itself. Cabo has grown faster than its water supply infrastructure, so while most of the time there's decent water pressure, there's also times where the water pressure is low. Sometimes you'd be taking a shower and the flow slows or else the dishwasher shuts off because the incoming water flow is too low. Anyway, that's more of a Cabo problem and not a house problem so you'd probably deal with that anywhere. When the water pressure was good, that's when we'd run the dishwasher or take a shower. If not? We'd wait and it would return. Anyway, I know I was being picky at the end, but these weren't that serious and we'd definitely return in the future.
