Positive: Lovely old property a 3 minute walk to the beautiful Kings Lynn centre. The room we had was on 2 levels including a secluded balcony from the bedroom. The Breakfast was excellent with everything from cereal, fruit to cooked breakfast. The Cooked breakfast was cooked with fresh ingredient's served with a choice of tea, coffee and juice. Sourdough toast was also available with jam and artisan marmalade. Paul and Paul were fantastic and warm hosts. Would recommend if you enjoy traditional hospitality.

Negative: The room we had didn't have a walk in shower. We had to leave.

Positive: A beautiful historical building situated in the heart of Kings Lynn. Stylish spacious contemporary rooms with an outside space. Fantastic nights of sleep as the mattresses were amazing! The breakfasts were incredible offerings 10 out of 10

Negative: That i was unable to stay longer!
