Seabourne is a charming property all on ground level located on the exclusive private road of South Beach . With Heacham Creek at the end of the large garden and the sea to the front Seabourne is ideally located for all types of holiday makers of all ages and abilities and provides an excellent comfortable and warm base from which to explore the North Norfolk Coast.
There are 4 bedrooms; 3 doubles and 1 twin; a spacious lounge/diner and a well equipped kitchen, with a double oven, separate ceramic hob; dishwasher and washing machine. There is 1 large family bathroom with a WC, basin, bath and a separate shower, plus a useful extra shower room in a delightful new summerhouse in the garden. Seabourne also has a wonderful conservatory on the back with tranquil views down the garden to the creek and yet is set back from the beach only by a short stroll.
We have also recently installed a fabulous fixed 6 person hot tub, as our hot tub hire service was proving so popular(please note there is an additional cost for the cleaning and preparation of this).
Dogs are welcome and the property has the advantage of the lovely, large garden which is fully enclosed, making it very safe for children and dogs. There is plenty of private off-road parking.
Just a few minutes walk up to South Beach road there is a super cafe and a very well stocked general store.
The beach is safe for swimming and windsurfing and perfect for bird enthusiasts and walkers being close to the RSPB reserve at nearby Snettisham and the Sandringham estate.
The Wild Ken Hill Estate, made famous by BBC's Springwatch, is right behind us
The area is also very popular with golfers with a number of top golf courses nearby, including Hunstanton; the Royal West Norfolk at Brancaster and Sheringham and Cromer just a bit further round the coast, as well as Heacham Manor on the doorstep making Seabourne ideal for golfing groups.

Summary: Seabourne is one of the most beautiful holiday homes, its tastefully decorated and very clean with every eminity you could think of. Its close to all local areas and just over the road from the beach, there are some beautiful walks near by too and with a cafe restaurant at the end of the road for when you dont want to cook couldnt ask for more. The dogs loved the garden and the freedom it gave them without us having to worry they could get out. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again in the future.

Summary: So pleased to have found this beautiful holiday home which was perfect for a quiet family birthday celebration. Deceptively spacious, very comfortable and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. Loved the sun room overlooking the huge enclosed garden which was ideal for the dog. Beach was seconds away and the new hot tub was a great bonus. Overall, impossible to fault!

Summary: With my two daughters, partners and three grandchildren we thoroughly enjoyed an Easter break at the Seabourne Bungalow in Heacham. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a fabulous location a few steps from the beach. The garden a third of an acre was wonderful for my three grandchildren aged 4,3 and 1 to explore. We had a great Easter egg hunt. Ideal stay to explore the surrounding areas. Peaceful no music from clubhouses etc literally a piece of heaven on earth. We will definitely book again this place is a little gem. Great communication with the owner Rosemary who answered all questions immediately nothing was too much trouble.
