Summary: The staff is very friendly and eager to help. I was offered an upgraded room which turned out to have a few problems that I would prefer to keep with management. I left them a letter. Breakfast was great and very clean. Staff wonderful.

Summary: The suite was spacious and clean. It was pouring and there were no rugs so we tracked tons of water and leaves in. The breakfast had a lot of options! Great location near Franconia.

Summary: Our stay was perfect! The staff were just so sweet…customer service really matters and the customer service there was top notch. The beds were super comfortable! The shower was great with plenty of hot water and a nice pressure. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean. If you ask at the front desk, you can get food to feed the fish at their fish pond (which was beautiful) The grounds are decorated nicely and you feel very comfortable there. The TV worked good and it was fun to watch some old sitcoms. The breakfast buffet was great but I’m diabetic and there was not a lot for someone like me except the eggs. It was a very high carbohydrate type breakfast. That being said, it was still so nice that it was offered and everything was delicious. They have a restaurant on site that was the BEST food we’ve ever got for take out (ate in the room). I can’t even emphasize enough how amazing the restaurant was. Highly recommend! They didn’t skimp on anything and the quality of the food…10 out of 10! Check in and check out was smooth. They have a game room by the pool area but we didn’t have time to check it out. We will be back 100%! Highly highly recommend this hotel! Best part of our stay, besides everything…the staff and how kind they were. I know I already mentioned the staff but it’s that important to us, I wanted to end with that.
