Summary: The house is great and exactly as pictured. The view of the mountains is absolutely incredible. We spent most of our time on the deck and in the great room. Everything was clean upon arrival and worked well. The kitchen is fully stocked with just about anything you might need. The spice cabinet is loaded as well. The check in email we received prior to arrival from the owner was so full of information for the house as well as things to do. That was much appreciated. There are multiple detailed links for trails and so many other things in the area. The beds and linens were great. Ceiling fans and/or floor fans in all the rooms were helpful since there is no a/c, which was fine for us. We did not use the clubhouse facilities while visiting but did walk down the street to the river swimming hole. Once again, their directions were very helpful. We can't say enough about this fabulous house and location!!! The gas firepit on the deck was just priceless to be able to enjoy the fresh summer air and peaceful nights. We would go back again in a heartbeat. Thank you again

Summary: The view from the deck made the entire place better. It was spectacular with a great fire pit and comfortable seating. The owners were very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked, kids had fun in the game room. Beds could be more comfortable and the ceiling fans could use some cleaning.

Summary: The view from the deck was amazing and exactly as shown in photos. I went up to view fall foliage and the location was great (easy access to Kancamagus and hiking trails). House was very clean and had everything we could need (games, TV, appliances, etc.)
