Positive: Cosy and welcoming. The most comfortable bed and sheets. Very well equipped and lovely touch of welcome goodies.

Negative: Just a tiny thing if anything - a fan would have been great (but we’re used to them so a personal preference) and most of the NZ properties we stayed in haven’t had them.

Positive: Excellent luxury boutique accommodation with private entrance (half of house), very old historical building but newly renovated. The backyard was great - large private pool, dart board was a bonus. Inside all of the little touches made the stay very special. Very clean, new barbecue with side burner for cooking, frying, since there was no hob inside. Bathroom set-up is a bit odd with separate toilet room but shower was great!

Positive: A beautiful guesthouse. Very well equipped with great taste of design. Certainly one of the best we have ever visited over the years.

Positive: All the little extra touches. Use of a pool was a bonus. Lots of outdoor seating to follow the sun. Quiet.

Negative: Some sort of window covering over bedroom and bathroom windows would be good. Maybe some instant coffee sachets.
