Positive: Lovely spacious clean modern home, accomodates larger families really well. Awesome huge t.v which the kids loved, along with a variety of games to play. Great value for money. Everything supplied which made it so much easier than having to lug all our own supplies up from Canterbury. Great communication from host before our stay and prompt responses to questions. Would definitely rent again if we were up that way.

Negative: It took us awhile to figure out how to get into the property as we were looking for a keypad on both doors to put in a code. It turned out the keypad was on the black door handle which you cannot see at all initially. But we got it eventually. The one thing I find about renting something away from a holiday park is you don't get to meet the owners so it does feel impersonal, especially when you have trouble getting into the place. The shower was very loud. There are only curtains for most of the windows, no blinds except for at the front of the house, so not a lot of privacy. You have to either have the curtains pulled during the day or have them open where neighbours can see in.

Summary: Great family friendly home, close to all amenties, excellent value for money.
