Summary: Should have read the other reviews before booking. Checked in and was charged an extra 150.00 security deposit not disclosed when booking. Didn’t sleep all night because of very loud neighbors through the thin walls banging & shouting all night long. Requested another room only to find it in bad condition and to wake up to what look like ass prints on the head board next morning above my head and obviously not cleaned. Gangs of men constantly hanging outside the hotel parking lot all night long making it uncomfortable and felt very unsafe. The breakfast was just ok and dirty in some spots. Overall if you want to be woke all night, feel unclean and unsafe to top of off with a gross breakfast and charged and extra $150.00 plus $75.00 in taxes this is the place for you!

Summary: The environment is nice and clean Staff at the front table are friendly. Also very polite and supportive But you need to add more variety to your breakfast, same food is served every morning, same fruit same style of eggs some variety we be nice.

Summary: Stay was excellent. Service was excellent. I'd stay there again if I was flying out of Pearson. Rate was good however for getting downtown to Toronto not so convenient.

Summary: Room was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Lots of restaurant choices nearby and across the street from Casino. The only thing is that Hotel does not have cable

Summary: Photos definitely dated. I'd guess from about 15 years earlier. Large hotel. Plenty of parking. Room for improvement: my hotel bed didn't have a comforter, just sheets. Shower had some mold. Curtains don't block out light, breakfast looked so unappealing I went to eat elsewhere and you can hear everything in the adjoining rooms and halls. Price was right though.

Summary: No window to outdoors, our large window faced a réception hall - no emergency exit!!! Bathroom corners were dirty, shower curtain was dirty, bed felt like concrète. Will not recommend or visit again.

Summary: Not sure if the beddings are new and clean. Saw hairs on the beds. The bathtub was clogged. The front desk employees are nice to talk to, but others like the breakfast and housekeeping are not so friendly. You will adjust with their kind of behaviour as a guest, lol.
