Positive: The basement is bigger than I expected. Clean, neat and have enough utilities for long stay.

Negative: Soundproofing. A bit noisy from upstairs in early morning because the kitchen is above the basement. But in general it’s not a big deal because all houses in Canada make wall with low soundproofing quality

Positive: Prime location, spacious, immaculately furnished, daily housekeeping. Unique washroom very neat and clean and prompt service.

Negative: Everything was exceptional

Summary: I had a flawless stay at Mimi’s beautiful furnished apartment. Host was fantastic friendly, humorous and accommodating.
