Summary: House was perfect for group of six friends....fabulous views out over Bologna. Easy drive into city with central area parking. House is comfortable....kitchen a bit small and downstairs kitchen pictured online not usable. Very nice local restaurant La Vetta highly recommended.

Summary: Cannot recommend highly enough for family holiday. (We were seven) tranquil surroundings, superb views, beautiful home and incredibly good location. We saw so much in one week from a top base.

Summary: Every guest who stayed with us was impressed. The pics on the website do not do justice to the beautiful views. The owners are very easy to rent from. Make sure to go to the restaurant at the bottom of the hill for local cuisine.

Summary: After traveling throughout several Italian cities, as we climbed the hill and rounded the corner, our jaws dropped. WE would get to stay here? We cannot say enough about the beauty of the property and the hospitality of Fillipo, Daniella and their dog Holly. We enjoyed a day in Bologna, a very easy drive in. The location also allowed us to easily explore the countryside. We did a day drive to Dozza and another over the pass into Tuscany. We chose to prepare our evening meals in a generously stocked kitchen in order to eat outside in the garden. We couldn’t believe the value for the property. You will never find anything better!
