Positive: Located on a green hill, very quiet, peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet close to Bologna and San Lanzarro. Modern and very clean rooms, well equipped and comfortable. The owner is extremely friendly and very helpful, she made us feel very welcome. Nothing was impossible for her and she made our stay perfect. Breakfast was a real treat, freshly prepared with local products. We will surely return in the future!

Positive: Adorable animal including the doggy family(papa, mama, two sons), black cat who knows how to drink water from taps and pony! Modern and fully furnished room! Love the bathroom which is super spacious ! Had fresh juice, homemade deserts (lavender cake wow!) and scrambled eggs as breakfast(of course you can have other options).
