If you want to revel in the rising sun….look to the East. There you’ll discover the haven of Timber Falls, an exclusive enclave in East Vail. Timbefalls #1902 is a newly acquired property that offers first floor, creekside accommodations nestled in a gorgeous grove of evergreens. Built within the last two decades, it affords an incomparable mix of quietude, privacy and accessibility via the free Vail shuttle to world class recreation. Tastefully furnished in a modern-mountain chalet design and accoutered with all the contemporary amenities.
Purposefully ‘set apart’ from the hustle and bustle of Vail’s Villages so you can achieve the perfect balance of exciting adventure and downtime. The south facing windows offer an abundance of light and scenic views of Bald Mountain. It’s spacious, bright and airy. Out back there is a walkway to the river, tennis courts and a swimming pool (open during the summer). As a premium for building 19 guests only, there is a common hot tub outside for the perfect apres-ski wind down. Plenty of parking for you and your guests in front of the unit. Come and see.

Summary: We hit the jackpot with this property! I did not understand when I booked how close the river was and how beautiful the back patio would be in early June! The property had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Best things: Updated, fully equipped (cook-ware, Ninja smoothie blender, washer/dryer, great beds, floor heated, well maintain unit and quiet. I planned request the same unit on my next trip to Vail.

Summary: What a beautiful condo in East Vail. We and our friends had an incredible time staying at this condo. It was clean, bright, perfect size, had two king beds, and right on the shuttle bus route to gondola one. We also enjoyed the hot tub, which is just outside the door, steps away. The kitchen is fully outfitted to cook delicious meals and there is a weber gas grill that was perfect for grilling steaks and fish. Looking forward to staying there again next time.
