Summary: This house was well-maintained, clean, and very spacious. Matt was communicative throughout the entire process and very responsive. The house is located close to Vail Village and the neighborhood is very nice. The kitchen is stocked nicely and the rooms are all clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this house!

Summary: Our group has been skiing annually for decades. About half the time the trip is in Colorado.. Matt’s condo was clean, well equipped (including private hot tub), and close to Vail and Beaver Creek. Matt was also very responsive to our questions.Highly recommend this property.

Summary: We enjoyed our week here. Unit was clean,well maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was great to have after a long day on the slopes. It’s about a 10 min drive into the village… we rented a car and had no problems finding parking in the village each day, and we were there over the busy new years week. Thanks for having us!

Summary: As a family, we were happy to find a place in Vail (actually it was East Vail) that had enough bedrooms to accommodate all of us. We also liked the pool and hot tubs. The neighborhood was nice, and close to the river. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit, especially the carpet. And, some necessary items, such as soap in the bathrooms, were not provided.
