Summary: First I will start with the good , host was responsive , house is large and pool is nice and clean , the location is close to the beaches and grocery stores. Now for the less good , the yard is terrible , weeds and debris.. needs a refresh terribly . Fence has boards missing and is falling down in places . The overall quality of this house is tired and worn. The neighbors dog next door barked non stop , if it was out it was barking . There is a camera on the pool deck which when we inquired the property manager said could be turned off , we did not like this . Also , a for rent sign was put up in the middle of our week long stay which made us a target for theft. We asked to take it down and after some resistance it was. The master bedroom mattress was placed upside down and was sagging . They did bring us a different one when we asked(very responsive ). This home could be lovely since it’s so spacious but it’s just tired. I wanted to give it a better review but just couldn’t ..

Summary: Property was as described. We arrived early and were able to check in. Neighborhood is very quiet but close to all the amenities and beaches. I will definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had an awesome time at this property.The ONLY thing we could say negative is that the exterior pictures need to be updating. Landscaping was less than desirable than the pictures depicted and that was one on the things that we considered when selecting this property.Nice ,neat,clean privacy in the back and very enjoyable.

Summary: Overall stay was amazing. But only draw back was the up keep on the lawn care in front yard and on the back side near pool. Grass was too tall. Overall great property!

Summary: This home completely exceeded our expectations. Safe, quiet neighborhood and very clean home. Amenities were well maintained and the property was luxurious and comfortable. Property management was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions. We will absolutely rebook in the future.

Summary: Beautiful property in a great area. I took my son & his kids for a pool house getaway and they loved it. A lot of space...I really enjoyed the jacuzzi (jets arent really strong) but has a recliner and enough room for 5 people. All of the beds are super comfy and house is spotless. Huge washer/dryer. Pool area can get super slippery especially for young ones (there is a glass coffee table by the pool that I put extra towels on to avoid any accidents). Bathroom outside with a full shower is a plus! The large wooden table and lounge chairs by the pool and grill make it a great family get together. The only thing I wish was better is the master bedroom did not have a remote that went to the TV we tried everything...and the back bedroom next to the living room has no tv...but other then that it was a lovely, enjoyable vacation property to just relax...front porch is very zen ; )
