Summary: The entire home was meticulously clean and well cared for. The A/C, kitchen appliances, laundry, wi-fi, worked well. The pool was clean and heated. Plenty of hot shower water even for a group of 9. The home was nicely laid out and decorated, but it wasn’t comfortable. The house could use a few chairs for lounging because the large sectional sofa, the only seating in the living room, was a tight squeeze for 9 ppl. We dragged dinning room and outdoor plastic chairs around, but they were uncomfortable. Same with the lovely patio- hard seats, benches, and loungers without cushions. The towels were plentiful but thin and rough. The bedding was fresh and clean, but the mattresses were unforgiving. The location was convenient in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The agency was very helpful and responsive throughout the booking process. My family is 50/50 on whether we’d rent this home again. Might be a better fit for a smaller group.

Summary: We did have a few issues with the pool needing to be cleaned and the fact that the air conditioner cannot go lower than 70, but the owner had maintenance come out the next morning to clean the pool and the rest of our stay was amazing. We still weren’t able to get the air conditioner lower than 70 so we had to buy fans. Only other issue is there is construction next door and it is super loud in the morning

Summary: Property is located in a nice neighborhood and very well maintained. House and the pool were very clean and so were the other amenities. We had a wonderful stay and good memories staying in the property and would definitely recommend to others.
