Positive: The hotel is fantastic, pools a re amazing, crew is welcoming and friendly, and the food is delicious. They try their best to make you fell comfortable and enjoy your stay. The breakfast is amazing, so many options and everything was delicious.

Negative: We felt a little intimidated with their “concierge” system. This was not our first time in the hotel, and during our first stay, we were almost obliged to go through their concierge section, and answer to a lot of questions. They provided us with an “exclusive breakfast” on the other day, however, we lost a lot of time listening to a business proposal and lost almost all our free time in the pool. This time we decided to skip concierge, however they still messaged us inviting to a meeting. I really fell like they should leave the option to meet the concierge as a guest option, it is somewhat embarrassing to fell obliged to do it.

Positive: Excellent! Kudos to Maria at the reception, she went above and beyond to accommodate us at the spare of the moment!! The floor manager, Wanda (I guess that's her name) she was very helpful. The dinner buffet was a delish, Mauricio, the waiters and manager were fantastic!!

Negative: I loved everything!!

Positive: The meals are top notch. Much much better in quality than Sehrs where we also stayed. The resort is very family oriented and has lots of nice activities for the kids. We loved it. The resort focuses on quality over quantity.

Negative: The rooms could be a bit better. They are spacious but not as “new” as Sehrs for instance. The resort should have a soccer pitch or a small indoor soccer venue.

Summary: In my view, for families, the best resort in Natal. The food is really top notch. High quality!
