Positive: Breakfast has been excellent every time I have stayed here. My Amtrak train was very late arriving at Union Station, but the front desk woman in charge was very patient and accommodating to my needs. I really appreciated her willingness to help me.

Negative: I have no complaints on this visit, especially since I arrived at such a late hour. I would book this hotel again.
