Positive: The bed was so nice and comfortable and I like that the shower had the over head lights

Negative: The shower faucet was confusing to turn off and ended up detaching. They had the window open so when I walked in the room it was cold and there was a pile of snow on the floor. The toilet and shower room was very small but kinda made it cool because it was more intimate

Positive: The location was fine. The coffee was tasty . The room was clean and the staff was nice.

Negative: Explaining when you book that when you ask for a King they say they’re out so you settle for the Queen. They need to tell you that you only get one queen bed in a small handicap room. Old room with old Tv noise in the hallway and the room above plus outside.

Summary: Not a place I would consider staying at when I travel to Chicago once a week and stay.

Positive: really enjoyed the flexibility of the staff and the calm environment. it was perfect for our stay. wifi connection was great as well as breakfast. was honestly surprised on what we got for breakfast for only having spent 80$. couldn’t recommend it more, great value for money.

Negative: there were a couple spots that might not be on the regular cleaning checklist like on top of certain light switches were a bit dusty, but nothing bad at all. overall very clean and great stay
