Positive: Close to the maaeria we had the wedding.

Negative: It doea not seem well managed. Rooms were not ready after the time of check in, orderimg food or drinks at the hotel.took a long time, etc. And there is a serious problem with wasps in the swimmingpool and across the compound they should look into.

Positive: The staff truly went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome – I would give them 10/10. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and the design of both the rooms and the main building is tasteful and modern. The outdoor area is beautiful and well maintained. However, there were several issues that should not go unmentioned.

Negative: From a hotel that advertises itself as 'the ultimate luxury experience' and 'a unique place to relax and enjoy,' I expected more. During the day, the pool was crowded with families and children playing with inflatables – and they weren’t even hotel guests but locals who are also allowed to use the pool! There were no pool towels provided, nor was there any way to hang or dry used towels in the rooms or on the terrace (e.g., a drying rack). There were many wasps around the pool - not aggressive, but still unusual for such a place. The minibar fridge was full but unfortunately not working, and the shower did not drain properly. On one evening, a family celebrated a birthday by the pool, and it was very loud until 1 a.m. While I was aware that this is an event hotel, guests should be informed about such parties at check-in. Overall, it is a very beautiful place with a lot of potential, especially if it focuses on a specific target audience or adjusts its marketing from a 'luxury stay' to a family-friendly hotel.

Positive: Good layout with impressive garden plus an excellent restaurant. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Negative: No fault of the property, but it was just too COLD to swim!

Summary: Perfect location for the Castel del Monte, Cannae and Canosa.

Positive: Excellent value, brand-new hotel and facility with an incredible kitchen. The pool is amazing - so huge and clean, with so much seating and deck space. Rooms are spacious with a steam shower and individual patios to relax outside. The staff is really responsive and easy to get ahold of via text or at the front desk. Highly recommend the on-site restaurant - we were blown away by the meal we had!

Negative: The property is gated and closed at night, so if you come back after nightfall you'll need to ring the gate and be let in. One night we weren't able to get ahold of the gate person, so we ended up hopping the fence to open the gate - but a keypad entry where guests are given the gate code upon check-in would probably make the most sense.

Positive: Amazing atmosphere in very nice and modern renovated resort which is located in beautiful landscape, big swimming pool, kind staff, large apartment builings with very new and modern equipment, you can see the Castello del Monto from Resort, great Restaurant where the chef de la cuisine offered us tasty dinner according to our wishes, we came with bicycles and we could park our bicycles direct in front of our apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much!
