Summary: The house is nice - it has a private driveway and yard, the furnishings and design are nice, the kitchen is pretty well stocked. Unfortunately, they have ants. The property management says they’re available 24/7 to assist, but they don’t respond unless it is 9-5. They said they couldn’t do anything about the ants and ended up bringing a can of Raid to the house. I could not find a broom, so they brought one, but no dustpan - there was a dirty, broken one in the garage that I used. The house was fairly clean, but I swept a lot to deal with the ants and the floors weren’t very clean to begin with, though the toilets and showers were clean and the linens were clean. The couch that folds down into a bed didn’t have any instructions on how to do that and it took a little while to figure it out. The location of the house is okay, you can walk to a few shops and restaurants, but no beaches are really in walking distance, I don’t think. We were the second renters, so hopefully this feedback will help.
