Positive: It is a a stand alone studio apartment built out over Bodega Bay. Nice deck along bay side that is perfect for viewing water and boats. House was clean, in good condition and had great water pressure in the shower. Wifi worked well and we highly recommend this place, the location was perfect. We plan to return to this unit and have recommended it to our friends.

Negative: There were quite a few steps to get down to the house. They were not steep and we planned our exits carefully so it was not a problem for us. If you have trouble with steps this may not be the place for you.

Summary: Perfect location on the water. Very romantic and it was in very good condition.

Positive: Being right on the water and seeing the wild life just outside, as well as the fishing boats quietly going out early in the morning. The place is perfectly adequate, clean and comfortable.

Negative: Arriving at night and having to find it in the dark, on a rainy night. It's a great place but make sure you arrive when there's daylight.

Positive: .the cottage was very nice, the location was great, quiet, and clean.

Negative: The railings down to the cottage were in need of sanding, and some sections were not safe. It made each trip up and down the steps very uncomfortable.
