Positive: The staff is amazing and very accommodating! The beds are comfortable and it is in a convenient location to everything. We come every year and will definitely be back.

Negative: The bathrooms could use a bit more cleaning/ updating but the rest of the room was great! Always stocked with the necessities.

Negative: The only flaw I could find and this is just personal preference but I didn't find the bed to be comfortable

Positive: Kitchen and all cooking ware which we normally do not see available at most hotel/resort

Negative: Snow and ice plowing on parking lots. It was very icy and slippery, doesn’t seem like snow plow truck doing good job
