Summary: We enjoyed swimming access on Rust Pond as well as kayaks, etc. Our host responded quickly to inquiries.The apartment is on the second floor (above a garage) and may not be suitable for older guests.

Summary: Lovely private property by crystal clear lake/pond. Loft was cozy and comfortable. The host were amazing. Zena the dog is super friendly too. You basically have the lake to yourselves. Downtown Wolfboro is a 5 minute drive. Lovely road to take a walk on too.

Summary: Karen and Rich (who was recuperating from surgery) were great hosts. Karen did everything she could to meet even the smallest need of ours, like extra chairs to seat friends in the wonderful gazebo by the lake. There are kayaks and such for water time, and swimming is delightful off the dock. The queen bed was very comfy (remember to bring your own sheets and towels) and the A/C worked perfectly to keep us cool when it got muggy. (Directions for the heat pump would have helped but we figured it out eventually. ) Kitchen is fine for basic cooking (bring your own leftover containers). Tub and shower kept us clean. I'd recommend this lovely little place wholeheartedly. We plan to return next summer.

Summary: We have only wonderful things to share about our trip to Wolfeboro and staying on Karen & Richard's lakeside oasis. As others have reviewed, our hosts were gracious and helpful in orienting us to the area, and the use of their property. The studio was perfect for us, with plenty of space, and a workable kitchen for a quick breakfast and packing snacks for the beach. The view alone is worth every penny spent, although it's quite a deal anyway. I slept so well, it's the lake air, the pin-drop silence, or the super comfortable bed. Plenty to do in town which is only a 5-minute drive away, and other area attractions about 30 minutes away. Thank you, Karen & Richard!

Summary: Karen and Rich are wonderful hosts that made our stay extremely comfortable. They went above and beyond in not only making us feel welcome but also contributing to our wonderful time on an off the property. The property is a cozy space at a great location. We were able to go for long walks through the woods in the morning, take a dip in the lake in the afternoon, and get to the restaurants in downtown Wolfeboro in 5 minutes in the evenings. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!
