Summary: This is a very special spot! My boyfriend lost count of how many fish he caught and we got to see/hear loons while we were paddling on Rust Pond. It's a beautiful, quiet location, but close enough to town that we could easily drive to Wolfboro for groceries, activities and restaurants. It was great to have the hosts right there. They were helpful, fun to talk to and their dog is very sweet.

Summary: The cottage was a cute and cozy place to stay. We enjoyed the location on the water with the close access to town. As noted in other reviews the cottage is on shared property with the owner's home, however the owner's were very pleasant and we still felt we had privacy. There were kayaks, canoes and paddleboards that we could use. The pond (it's really a lake) was clean and clear and great for a swim. The cottage has received some updates that are not reflected in some of the pictures here (new flooring, new tv) and it was a nice space for 2 people.

Summary: Sweet little cottage at the edge of Rust Pond, immediately adjacent to the owners house. We enjoyed kayaking and relaxing in the hammock. Only notable was non municipal hard water.
