There’s plenty of room for you, your family and friends to stretch out and relax. It’s dog-friendly, too. You’re going to love it!
Windflower Retreat is a 4-bedroom plus loft, 4-bathroom home that’s perfect for families or groups of up to 12 — and with two king master suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for two families to share. The living area features soaring ceilings and large windows for a bright, airy feel — not to mention great views of Frisco’s iconic Mount Royal. You’ll enjoy lounging by the gas fireplace after a day of mountain adventures – or catching a movie on the large flat-screen TV. Or enjoy a rousing game of foosball in the loft!
The fully equipped kitchen has lots of counter space, stainless steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. There’s seating for six at the dining table and room for four more at the counter. Just outside you’ll find a deck with an outdoor dining table and a gas grill – and again, those great mountain views!
Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer in the home, and a one-car garage with driveway parking for two additional vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Summary: Nice property, but the only bathtub didn’t work (no water). Reported to management company, who said they would contact the vendor. Rose thanked us for our patience, but nothing was ever done and there was no follow up.We were there 5 days. Very poor service.And there needs to be more silverware Since the home can accommodate 12 people.

Summary: The house was spacious with a nice kitchen and living room space to hang out together. The loft was very popular with the kids with lots of game options. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We would definitely stay there again!

Location is great-Lovely balcony -lots of privacy-House was in good shape but carpet was stained and needed to be washed. Downstairs tub (only tub) had no water- TV could of had more options-but a wonderful stay and all that wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.

Summary: The steps to the front door are treacherous. We all entered and left via the garage. The oven was coated inside with grease and when we tried to heat it to 400 degrees, it never reached that temperature. Other than those two things, it was great. Lots of bedrooms and baths, clean overall, ample cook ware and dishes, etc. A happy family experience. Lots to do in the area — boating, hiking, exploring by auto, great restaurants, etc.

We had an issue with the front door lock and they had a maintenance person their immediately to fix it. They genuinely cared how our stay was. Would HIGHLY recommend this property.
