Summary: The bonus room which was one of the bedrooms had a fire place which did not work. We coukd not use it the first night. Despite numerous calls and texts we got no resolution. Eventually we found a heater in the vloset of a bedroom on the first floor. It was incredibly disruptive. Check the text messages

Summary: This is a nice place in a very good location (close to shops and restaurants in Frisco and to various ski resorts) and very spacious. But, it could use some work to make it better. We encountered one major issue and lot of smaller issues. The major issue was that the key pad to enter through the garage had two press keys missing. Several digits in the code they gave us corresponded to the missing press keys. In addition, they gave us the wrong code for the key pad at the front door. We initially were unable to enter because of this and called Vacasa (the property manager) and were only able to leave a message and never received a call back. We eventually were able to enter by using a house key to press the sensor below the missing keys. Other issues were (1) very confusing directions on how to use the gas fireplace in the living room as a heater, (2) melted wax on the fireplace mantle that had not been cleaned up (presumably from the previous tenants using the gas fireplace), (3) the garage door code not working for one of the garage doors, (4) the shower door in one of the bathrooms not closing properly, and (5) the drain stopper in one of the bathrooms missing. We were eventually able to reach Vacasa the next day regarding several of these issues and did receive a small refund. But, nobody ever showed up to fix the key pad in the garage.

Summary: This house perfectly suited our group of 6 men that gather for an annual retreat. Great, well equipped kitchen (although be alerted to bring all the the ingredients for your cooking that you need, including salt and pepper etc.). Plenty of space, good views out the windows and easy to get to town if we needed anything. We had a wonderful time.

Summary: Loved the house. Had a well equipped kitchen and all the beds were super comfy. Great location to hike and walking and bike paths were awesome. I would stay here again. Great location to lots of ski resorts too.

Summary: The house was the perfect size for our wedding party. The house needed to be updated. The cable/internet was really slow. We bought batteries for the remote to work in the bedroom upstairs. For safety the back door lock was broken so we had to put a trash can in front of the door for safety. The large bedroom upstairs didn’t have any blinds or curtains on the window so you could look across the street at the neighbors. .

Summary: Our family of 3 stayed with 3 other couples. The property was exactly as described - large, very close to downtown Frisco and very clean. This isn’t a negative but the other reviews were accurate where nothing extra was provided, even salt/pepper/oil. We planned ahead and bought some to leave for other people.

Summary: This was an excellent location near sidewalks/walkways to have a dog at. The house was spacious with large bedrooms and space for guests and pets. The management company was quick to respond with questions. They had all the appliances you could need for cooking and a spacious kitchen. The place was clean and well taken care of. Would stay here again!

Summary: This place is beautiful, comfortable and centrally located to everything winter. Our group went 4x4 riding and snowmobiling in Leadville, sleigh riding in Breckenridge, cross country skiing nearby and snowboarding at Copper Mountain. Groceries are within walking distance. We had everything we needed. only drawback is the showers are small for large size people.
