Positive: The location and house were nice, a comfortable drive away from the national park. The home itself was spacious and clean.

Summary: Although it was very brief, we liked the one night we spent at the location.

Negative: Wasn’t all that clean. Poorly equipped if you wanted to cook for yourself. Needs some attention to detail! They have great photos …. Not luxury Examples. House for 6, 4 chairs at dining table. 2 wine glasses in house. Very overpriced compared to the other places we have stayed at on our US road trip

Summary: Perfectly ok but don’t fall for the ‘luxury’ thing.

Positive: The property was remote, much more so than I thought it would be. It is over an hour from the Sequoia National park. We ended up having to buy food at a convenient store for dinner due to how remote it is.

Negative: The “lawn” is dry grass like hay, which was just cut and the cuttings were left all over the front porch which we had to walk through every time we entered or exited the house. It is sharp, and by the end of the trip everything we owned had these sharp pieces embedded in it. The doors to the cabinets were literally falling off the shelves. Some of the blinds, such as the large master bath window, were missing, and the house sits on a hill with close neighbors so there was no privacy at night. The house has basic necessities for the most part but it needs a lot of TLC in the kitchen and bathroom.

We travel a lot and usually stay in cities, but this time we wanted to try something different. The house is located in a very picturesque rural countryside, and you get to enjoy the amazing nature. The owner was easy to contact, and the check-in and check-out were seamless. It was clean, well-equipped, and spacious.
