Positive: We were greeted by the owner, he was very agreeable and made us feel very welcome. The room was spotless, and very modern in its furnishings. My only gripe ( which is an observation really) it would be really nice to have had black out curtains. The breakfast (which is an extra cost) was well worth the money, and owners could not have tried harder to fulfill any requests.
