Summary: Everything was so clean, beautiful, and nice. Customer service was wonderful. We loved that you didn’t even have to leave the resort for anything if you didn’t want to. Great food, lots of pools, and the spa! The ocean access and view were amazing too! Will definitely go back again.

Summary: Our rooms and the entire facility were beautiful and well maintained. My only complaint is that they removed my ability to charge purchases to my room the day before our departure. It made it difficult for my kids to buy ice cream, etc. They were forced to call me, and I was asked to inturrupt what I was enjoying so that I could walk to the ice cream shop and pay via credit card. Inconvenient, to say the least.
