Summary: The property was accurately described and provided plenty of room for our large group. There were 4 refrigerators so plenty of room for food and beverages. Nice that it also has 2 separate gathering areas- one on each floor. Great location!

Summary: We booked this house for our boys to play baseball. The house was a good size to where all the kids literally had their own room. However the dryer in the house tore up some of clothing. Just beware of the dryer. Overall good house for lots of kids.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying at the Sandy Castle. The 9 bedrooms meant that we could bring our extended family while staying on a budget. The home is dated as other reviewers state but it didn’t bother us at all. Overall, the home was very clean. Linens were provided and were also clean and fresh. There are 2 full kitchens plus a kitchenette as well as a bonus 4th fridge. The floorplan is a bit strange. A floorplan in the listing would have been helpful. Otherwise, no big criticisms. We would stay here again.

Summary: This property, and the location of the property was awesome! I highly recommend this beach house! Especially if you have a group of 10 to 16 people. The quaint and rustic layout of the house, was ideal in accommodating my family and friends. The large kitchen and family room were perfect for playing games. And the short walk to the beach was the icing on the cake! This was the perfect setting to celebrate my daughter's graduation!
