Elegant and beautifully decorated, this Grand Pavilion home is situated close to the beach with easy access.
Enjoy eating in the gourmet kitchen with seating area and grand breakfast bar. Relax outdoors with two covered porches, a screened porch with outdoor dining, and a rooftop sundeck. For groups with more than one couple, this home has two Primary suites, multiple big screen TVs. For added comfort the owner has provided a washer, dryer, and outside shower stall in the garage.
This home comes with complementary access to the Grand Pavilion pool, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This home also looks over the majestic, tree lined "Croquet Lawn" which will from time to time be set up for small weddings.

The house is well appointed and spacious enough for 4 families. It is steps away from the beach and 2 pools. The beds were so comfy and the kitchen had everything you need. The house was clean and all appliances worked. When a lightbulb went out, maintenance was there within the hour to fix it! Island realty was fantastic to work with - very responsive and ensured we were able to get checked in after hours. We already rebooked for next year.

The two master bedrooms worked well for the two families with a toddler and the bunk room was great for the older kids. The kitchen is well stocked and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The centrally located was great to walk to coffee or to play pickleball and close beach access.

There’s also restaurants and stores in walking distance which made the weekend even more enjoyable. The house itself was clean, spacious, and accommodated all our needs. Can’t wait to come back :)

Reviewer Comments: Very convenient location to everything, lots of room to spread out, love the large refrigerator and freezer and stovetop. Comfortable beds. 2 king bedrooms are very large. 2 queen bedrooms are a little small. Island realty was great, had an A/C issue fixed within 2 hours of check in. Only suggestion is that it is showing its age some (bedspreads, rugs, areas in kitchen). We had a great family vacation there!

I would highly recommend it for anyone that is taking a trip with another family. There is plenty of space and things to do. Beach is only a 2-3 minute walk through the beautiful courtyard. Pool is on the beach as well.
