Summary: This cozy apartment was in the perfect location, with great access to restaurants and shopping. It is a good place for 1-2 people. It even had a small fridge that we used to store bottles of sparkling wine to enjoy after spending the day exploring. Elias made the check-in process so easy. He met us at the apartment to show us how everything worked and gave us a bunch of ideas for places to visit and eat. He is extremely responsive should you have any further questions.

Summary: I stayed for two weeks at Elias’s place in Montepulciano while I attended Il Sasso for Italian lessons. The apartment was perfect for me. It is small and not designed for cooking but with all the great restaurants in Montepulciano who wants to cook? It was fine to make a small breakfast or lunch and it is centrally located to everything. The bed is fine for one person and adequate for my husband and I when he joined me for the second week. If you are a large size couple it might not work well. Elias is very helpful and responded immediately to minor requests (ie a bulb went out). The pictures represent everything very well. It is a very charming little place.

Summary: Everything was extremely perfect: the apartment is located in the heart of the old town and it's very stylish, cozy, and clean . The landlord was very kind, he helped us in finding the way (and a good parking), he offered us traditional "cantucci", then he gived us nice advices about the best places and restaurant to visit, giving us support and information in the following days too . We spent a lot of time in the apartment, and despite the weather was not good, we enjoyed our stay, thanks to this beautiful apartment and its central position (nearby fantastic restaurants) . We can't stand waiting to come back in the future. Very recommended .
