Positive: Our stay at Mery’s House in Montepulciano was excellent. Mery welcomed us very warmly and made us feel at home right away. The apartment is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the parking is very convenient. Mery was attentive, answered every request kindly, and provided excellent recommendations. The apartment is spacious and located within easy walking distance of the historic city center. Highly recommended!

Positive: Mery is super thoughtful and responsive before booking, checking in and during stay.. House is in a good location. 5-10m walk to old town. Easy access to amenities, food Comfortable bed Parking lot 10m from apartment Kitchenware high quality. Can cook a full dinner Spacious bathroom - a rarity in Italy

Negative: It is not a dislike nor a criticism - there are 6 steps to the apartment. Elderly or people with difficulty climbing 6 steps should be aware. No issue for us

Mery was the perfect host, met us upon arrival, walked us through everything, provided restaurant and wine tasting recommendations, but even better was her personality. Friendly, gracious, and fun, we were there for a short stay but left feeling like we had a new friend in Mery. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Positive: Mery's condo was our favorite place to stay during our 3-week trip to Italy! The location can't be beat. The condo is within easy walking distance of the main entrance to Montepulciano and very close to a large Conad grocery store. A medium-sized parking lot is right outside the condo with free parking, making it super easy to unload luggage. Mery met us at the condo to give us the keys and go over a few things. She is such a kind, caring person and the perfect host, checking in on us throughout our stay. She works at a local restaurant, Porto di Bacco, and made reservations for us to eat there twice. The food there is delicious and Mery went out of her way to make us feel special! The condo itself was super clean with all the modern amenities including a washer/dryer combo which was so helpful. One of the bathrooms also had a blow dryer with an additional diffuser attachment, greatly appreciated for those of us with curly hair. Mery's place was absolutely perfect and we highly recommend it to anyone traveling through the Tuscany region. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

Positive: The property was a short walk to the entrance to the old town. It was so well decorated and fitted out with all mod cons. Rooms spacious, beds comfortable, large towels and comfy pillows. Mery greeted us and explained the property. A bottle of wine to greet us with the small things like a bottle of milk in the fridge to start our stay. She is a wonderful host and a really nice person to know. We feel like we were friends, not just guests.

Positive: Mery was a wonderful and friendly host who made us feel like family and was happy to be helpful with anything we might need including places to eat or do, wine tastings and places to visit. Her apartment was of very high quality with lots of utensils and some complimentary food pantry items. As it was quite hot during our stay, we used the excellent A/C which worked well to keeps us cool. The location was only 5 or 10 minutes walk into old town. Grazie mille Mery
