Positive: Apartment was very nice, comfortable and good equipped. Location was excellent, near Praca das Flores - very nice and lively square with live music. Parking (paid) just 2 minutes from apartment was big advantage. Thanks to Maria from Whome team for all useful information.

Negative: We expected some kitchen towels and more than 2 roles of toilet papers per bathroom for 7 nights atay.

Positive: The property is great, very spacious, in a good area, very clean, pretty much as advertised on the pictures! The host was also very helpful

Negative: The booking process was not so smooth, after booking I requested if we could add an additional 2 adults to the booking. Travelling was myself, my partner, my mother and father. The two additional travelers were my brother, his wife, and a baby. This was denied with no explanation as to why, so they would have to stay elsewhere. It was strange because upon arrival, there are enough beds to sleep 6 people, and requesting a cot was also possible. So they would have been able to stay together with us. However, prior to booking, I also asked on booking.com if this would be possible - and they answered the question on the posting saying yes. Unfortunately this was answered very late (actually once we had already checked in) So it would be good to clarify exactly how many adults and children can stay at this apartment to avoid confusion and disappointment.

Summary: Excellent stay! But confusing to book...
