Positive: It’s in a rather less touristy area, we felt very safe and less chaotic than central Lisbon. It’s really clean and spacious, and we like the fact there’s always warm team and delicious cake available for the guests. The decoration is lovely too.

Fun, interesting, creative decor and furnishings but not at all pretentious; comfortable room, quiet location walkable to the center, very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful breakfasts, coffee and tea always available, an honesty bar, and a gorgeous, affectionate golden retriever named Paulette!

Negative: Concrete floors in the rooms are cold - no big deal, just bring slippers or cozy socks.
