Positive: Both Dave & Irene are amazing hosts! They welcomed us with warmth & friendliness. Irene spoiled us with a lovely warm freshly baked bread. We loved our stay in the unit! It felt like home away from home! We will definitely be back again!

Positive: We liked so many things about the hosts Dave & Irene. The warm welcome was really nice as we arrived and their friendliness as well as helpfulness. The accommodation was stunning and so homely. The attention to detail was second to none.

Positive: Location in easy reach of Edinburgh centre by regular public buses, a short walk into historic Roslin village and to Easter Bush campus. Pentland hills easily accessible if you have your own transport. A great location with city and country equidistant. Very comfortable beds, super clean and tidy. I don't think i've ever seen a larger television! Lovely touches like freshly made bread and flowers from the garden - so lovely and kind; almost making too much effort!

Negative: The place was almost too pristine to feel we could use it as our own. Second double room would have been more suitable for mixed sibling use if it was a zip-lock double / twin beds or had a small daybed for 2nd child. Suspect target market is 2 couples.

Summary: Very comfortable and unjust the right location for our needs.
