Positive: The house has a great location, a very quiet view and a great outdoor area. It was wonderful days with a lot of snow the way we dreamed.

Negative: I found the living room and kitchen very small, the fireplace is very old and complex to use. We couldn't call any day. The heaters were also only 2 working and this was a problem because we got to -15 degrees. I think they just need to improve the appliances a little for cold days because the house has become very cold, especially the downstairs.

Positive: The main part of the house is really comfortable. The host communicated really well. The area us beautiful!

Negative: The outside staircase that lead to the bottom rooms should be stated clearly - we did not expect that. It was not a problem - but I do think it should be explained better. The outside stairs and walkways have not been cleaned recently.

Summary: We enjoyed it! It was comfortable and well equipped!

Positive: Enjoyed multiple seating inside and outside including the outdoor swing seating. It was cute and cozy and also a quiet location. Was nice having a hot tub and fire pit area. Dining room area on front of house was cute. Nice having a washer and dryer.

Negative: Hot tub was dirty with sand/dirt prior to our usage, inside electric issues with kitchen table lighting, Ice shoot has mold so did not use, loose tiles on way to hot tub a safety issue, doors need to be oiled so they do not squeak, should have a coded lock off kitchen area so lower guests can get into the house when upper guests are sleeping in.(Imagine the kids are sleeping downstairs and they want a midnight snack but the door is locked so they can't get in) Home was not as clean as expected with sand on floor and bed upstairs next to bathroom had the comforter pulled down on one side with the pillow on the floor like someone may have been laying in the bed prior to our arrival. The bath towels are terrible as they are old, thin and smelly. The home is not bright as the photos show. Would have been nice to have one bundle of wood. Would have been great having beach towels for the hot tub so we wouldn't have to use the small icky bath towels.

Summary: Charming place but needs many improvements and possibly a better cleaning crew.

Positive: Nice setting with amenities and close to where I needed to be over the course of several days. Accommodating, and I liked the almost two separate living areas between the upstairs and downstairs. Beds were comfy, bedding was soft and clean.

Negative: A keurig coffee maker would have been nice, but not absolutely necessary, just more convenient. A step leading towards the hot tub was loose. Lighting in upstairs bedrooms was nice for ambiance but not bright enough when needing to see something more clearly.
