Negative: The bedroom was situated right on top of a loud speaker in the pub and music came straight through the floor until midnight. Fish and chips used frozen fish. Chips were v good

Negative: The tv had no remote! Staff were very helpful but by the time we had one, we had missed our programme and it was time for dinner.
