Positive: The staff where very good even the ones who where obviously new to the job. room was very clean and warm

Negative: the only mild observation we had is that the room was in need of some tlc,cracks in the wall and worn carpet

Negative: Room was cold. I mean our house is a draughty rural house and it was colder than that. Also they tried a sneaky scam of charging £12.50 rather than 12.5% on our dinner bill, very uncool, as that was 28% of our actual bill. And they had no custard and were unwilling to pop across to the coop to pick some up (it’s literally opposite the hotel) so I was unable to have dessert
